A Small Review Loop for Better Interview Answers

Practice gets useful when each attempt answers one question: what should change in the next version? A short loop is easier to repeat than a long rehearsal.

The four-step loop

  1. Answer without notes.
  2. Name the one sentence that lost the thread.
  3. Change that sentence only.
  4. Answer a different question with the same structure.

The last step matters. Repeating the same answer can create a memorized script; changing the question tests whether the structure travels.
